Every piece is checked before it leaves us, and if a piece arrives faulty we put it right — your statutory rights are honoured in full. What we can't cover is normal wear: plating thins with time and contact. That's the nature of plated jewellery, and it's why care matters.
Most popular size for chains is 20", for bracelets it's 7.5" — sits close without being too tight. If you want a looser fit, size up.
