Include your order number in the subject line and we'll get it sorted fast.

Something wrong with your piece?
Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. If we confirm a manufacturing fault within 12 months of delivery, we replace the piece once, free. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 sit alongside that and are honoured in full.
