We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we’ll notify you by email.

 

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Europe: 2–4 business days

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of World: 3–6 business days

 

Please note that delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.

 

3. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take 1–2 business days to become active.

 

4. Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by their country.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will assist in tracking or replacing the item once the courier confirms the status.

 

6. Incorrect Address

Nocta Vince is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

 

7. Returns Due to Non-Collection

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not accepted or collected, we can reship it once.

Repeat non-collections may incur additional shipping fees.
