We ship Monday to Saturday. Order before the cut-off and it leaves the same day.

After the cut-off, on a Sunday or on a closed day, it leaves the next dispatch day. We aim to have every order out within 12 hours; launches and holidays can add a day.

Duties

Standard: duties and taxes are paid. Nothing to pay on arrival.

Express: not included. The carrier collects them before it hands the parcel over.

Who brings it

Your country’s own carrier does the last mile: Royal Mail or Evri in the UK, DHL, DPD or the national post in Europe, USPS or UPS in the US. Tracked every step.

Safe places

We never tell a courier to leave a parcel unattended. We give them your address and nothing else.

Name a neighbour and they take it in: that’s delivery.

A safe place is your call. A porch or a bin store isn’t a pair of hands. If you choose one and it goes missing, we get the courier’s photo and tracking and we settle it fairly. Your statutory rights always apply.

If it doesn’t arrive

Tell us. We chase the carrier with you. Lost in transit, we put it right.

Customs

Customs can hold any parcel, anywhere. A held parcel isn’t a lost one: it’s almost always released, and we chase it with you. Time in customs isn’t a fault in the goods.

Wrong address

We ship to the address at checkout. Tell us before it ships and we change it. Once it’s gone, we can’t redirect it.
