Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Send it back unworn, as it arrived, in its pouch and packaging. Return postage is yours: use a tracked service.

Your refund lands within 14 days of it reaching us, to the way you paid.

Try it on like you would in a shop. If it comes back worn or damaged, we take what it lost off the refund. The law allows that.

Earrings ship sealed for hygiene and can’t come back once opened.

Arrived faulty · 30 days

Faulty, or not what we described: tell us within 30 days and get your money back in full. We pay the return postage.

The guarantee · 12 months

12 months against manufacturing faults: a clasp that fails without being forced, a setting that was never closed properly, a plating fault there from the start. We replace the piece once, free.

A real manufacturing fault usually shows itself in the first 30 days.

Not covered

Normal wear. Plating wearing thin. Water, sweat, perfume, chlorine. Knocks, drops and accidents. Stones lost through wear or impact. Damage from neglect or force. Loss and theft.

It’s plated jewellery, not armour. Look after it and it lasts.

Don’t send anything before we reply: we give you the address. Returns go to our international shipping centre, not our registered office.

Your rights

Everything here is on top of your legal rights, never instead of them: the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, the legal guarantee of at least two years in the EU, the Australian Consumer Law. Where your law gives you more, you get more.
