If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures your experience remains seamless and transparent.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

You will receive detailed instructions and the appropriate return address.

Ship the item using a tracked delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@noctavince.com with photos or video evidence.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, processing begins and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
