Keep it away from water and cologne, store it in the bag when you're not wearing it, and it'll stay looking sharp for longer.
Every piece is checked before it leaves us, and if a piece arrives faulty we put it right — your statutory rights are honoured in full. What we can't cover is normal wear: plating thins with time and contact. That's the nature of plated jewellery, and it's why care matters.
Most popular size for chains is 20", for bracelets it's 7.5" — sits close without being too tight. If you want a looser fit, size up.
