The barrier is what keeps the white from going warm rather than staying grey. The stones are set into the metal, not glued on top of it.

12MM serpent link with an interlocking design and hand-set 5A cubic zirconia throughout. Sits flat on the wrist. Doesn't spin around. Comfortable enough to wear all day, every day.
Solid brass core, never hollow, finished in rhodium plating. Proper weight you can feel when you put it on.
Stacks with a watch. Wears solo. Either works.
It's cubic zirconia. It isn't moissanite, it isn't a diamond, and it isn't pretending to be either. It's the best version of what it actually is.
Not invincible. It's plated, and plating is a surface that wears. Keep it dry, cologne goes on before the jewellery does, back in the pouch when it comes off. Do that and it lasts. Don't and it won't. Faults are on us — wear isn't.
